About Fairlead Mediation

A fairlead is a device found in nautical applications which guides a line rope or cable round an object.  At Fairlead Mediation our philosophy is to guide parties in dispute to a resolution that all concerned can live with.

Our commercial and civil mediators are experienced solicitors who practice in the field of dispute resolution as well as being accredited civil and commercial mediators.

About the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution

The Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution or CEDR is a London based mediation and alternative dispute resolution body which was founded as a non-profit organisation in 1990.  CEDR is pre-eminent in the field of mediation seeking to promote mediation, provide dispute resolution services, provide training and accreditation of mediators and to provide consultancy.  As well as being experienced solicitors with extensive experience in the field of dispute resolution our mediators have undergone training with and on completion of that training have been accredited by CEDR.
